After a sale, buyers can leave a rating and review. Reviews are tied to real reservations, not posted anonymously.
Ingredient information
Sellers are required to list ingredients for every dish. If you have a question that isn't answered, message the seller directly before reserving.
Allergen information
Common allergens must be disclosed on every listing. Bitehood cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment — always confirm directly with the seller if you have a serious allergy.
Location privacy
Buyers see a seller's neighborhood and approximate distance — never an exact home address — until a reservation is confirmed and pickup details are arranged directly.
Seller compliance confirmation
Before publishing a listing, every seller confirms they are legally permitted to sell food where they live and that they comply with applicable food safety and licensing regulations.
Reporting
Any listing, message, or profile can be reported directly. Our team reviews reports and can remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our guidelines.
